Celebrating European Diversity
The IDENTITY Project, led by EQUALINE and co-funded by the EU’s CERV Programme, fosters cross-cultural understanding, youth empowerment, and civic engagement. Through dynamic events like the European Unity Fest, it brings together citizens, municipalities, and organizations from across Europe to explore shared values, celebrate local identities, and strengthen inclusive democratic dialogue at the grassroots level.
European Unity Fest
A two-day cultural festival that brings together participants from five countries to celebrate diversity through music, storytelling, food, performances, and civic dialogue in Veria, Greece.
Street Plays – Stories from Every Corner
Community-based theatrical performances that explore identity, inclusion, and shared European values, engaging local audiences with authentic narratives and social themes.
Dialogue Circles & Panels
Facilitated public forums where participants reflect on democracy, civic responsibility, and diversity, encouraging constructive exchange and mutual learning.
Cultural Exchange Workshops
Interactive hands-on sessions in music, crafts, culinary heritage, and local traditions designed to foster understanding across cultures and promote shared learning.
